Introduction:
CorelDraw 12 is a very powerful, vector based graphic design mean vector based images are based on mathematical formula. You have selected on of the most innovative and advanced graphic tools available for the PC. CorelDraw will sharpen you creative edge by allowing you to create and edit any line, shape, or character with ease and precision fit text to a curve auto trace existing artwork create custom color separation and moving animation on presentation produce desktop publishing documents and accomplish many other tasks. You can combine CorelDraws features to achieve my different special effects, such as placing a line of text or an object in perspective, folding, Contouring , rotating, or extruding a line of text or an object blending two lines of text or two object and creating mirror images, masks, and 3D
simulations.How to open CorelDraw 12?
Steps:

The pen tool & Bezier tool:
The pen tool and Bezier tool can be used to create irregular shape of the straight lines.
The freehand tool:
You can use freehand curves to draw design on you screen in CorelDraw 12. Even skilled artists find it difficult to draw complex design with their mouse, but the ability to add to or enhance a design with freehand curves is a powerful tool creating illustrators.
Free hand tools to be honest no body draws great looking shapes with a mouse or even more sophisticated computer drawing device. The trick is to sketch out crude drawing that is close to what you want, and touch it up by editing result nodes. The process of drawing freehand curve is more freely you simply click on the freehand tool and then click and draw on the drawing area.
Artistic Media tool:
Lets you to apply strokes or object to curve using one of five modes preset, brush, object, sprayer, calligraphy and pressure sensitive.
The interactive connector:
The interactive connector tool lets you connect one object to another with line.
The 3 Point curve:
The three point curve tool lets you to draw a curve by defining the start, end and center points.
Dimension:
The dimension tool lets you draw vertical, horizontal, slanted or angular dimension lines.
The poly line tool:
The poly line tool draws a straight line and freely drawing.
Steps:
1. Select poly line tool.
2. Click and stop the one point and again click stop another point it means it draws the straight line.
The graph paper:

Text:
CorelDraw defines text in two ways paragraph text and artistic text. Paragraph text is better suited for editing long blocks of text. Artistic text offers you more freedom to assign artistic effect to letters.
Interactive blend:
Blends are an amazingly intelligent effect and as such its often hard to predict the exact effect you will create using them. The blend effect enables you to fill space between two different objects with a set of new objects that change, step by step from the first object to second. Not only do the size and shape of blended image evolve from one object to another, but the color evolves as well.
Steps:
1. Draw a circle and draw a square assign different color fill to each.
2. Click on the interactive blend tool in the toolbar.
3. Click and drag to connect the circle and the square.
Interactive contour tool:
The contour effect enables you to create concentric lines inside or outside selected object.
Interactive drop shadow tool:

6. Select required color (light color) for the color and required color (dark color) for the two colors.
7. Click on the vanishing point in the extrusion and drag it around the drawing window.
Interactive Transparency tool:
This effect works a bit like lens effect because it is applied to one object that is then place over another object. The interactive transparency tool enables you to apply varying degrees of transparency to selected object.
Steps:
1. Type a word in artistic text.
2. Create a closed object a rectangle will define. Move the rectangle so it partially covers text.
3. Select the rectangle and click on the interactive transparency tool. Click and draw across the rectangle from right to left. Starting at what will be the less transparent end of rectangle.
Eye dropper tool:
The eyedropper tool lets you to select a fill from an object on the drawing window.
The paint bucket tool:
This tool lets you to fill and object on the drawing window after selecting a fill using the eyedropper tool.
